Paradise is in sight!

Kauai is officially less than a week away and I can hardly wait! We have been before, when I was 7 months pregnant, but this will be our first trip there as a family. I am looking forward to having sunkissed cheeks; the ocean breeze in my hair; and a chubby baby playing on the beach. Our friends, Jed and Kelli are joining us and all of us are anxious to be away from the freezing temperatures and in our bathing suits!

Peyton's second visit to Ohio

Peyton's second trip to Ohio was quick and fun. Everyone couldn't believe how big she had gotten in the 7 months since they had last seen her. I was excited for everyone to see how much her personality had changed. It was especially fun to watch her interacting with her cousin, Hailey, for the first time. They had met eachother once before but they were both so little that they pretty much just watched one another and drooled then. Now, they were able to play and talk baby babble to eachother. I can't believe how much my neice looks like my brother (except she is much prettier of course)! I think the next time we go will be when the 3 of us can go together...people in Ohio are beginning to wonder if I really do have a husband!
